Where does Lamano ship to?

At this time, we offer shipping services to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

How long does it take process my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian national holidays.

We do our best to process and ship out orders within 2-3 business days. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks after you’ve placed your order. You will also receive a tracking ID to be able to track your order.

My package was lost, undelivered or stolen. What do I do?

If your package is lost, undelivered, or stolen we will do our best to help you locate your package on our end.

To minimize this from occurring, we proactively triple check that our labels match the information you provided into the system and will always include a return address in the event a package is lost. Please ensure the spelling of the recipient’s name, that the delivery address is correct and that the delivery information you use is addressed to a secure location for deliveries.

If the carrier attempted to deliver your package and no one was available to receive it, your package is considered delivered and you will need to contact the carrier to locate your package. Lamano will not be held responsible for circumstances out of our control.

If for any reason, there was a mistake on our end, causing a non-delivery of your package, we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price to the same method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer returns with the proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of your package.

Products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. You will be responsible for the return shipment costs. We highly recommend using a reputable shipping company and utilize their insurance coverage to avoid damage and/or loss to return the product(s).

Simply email us at hello@lamanobeauty.com within the 14 days so we can initiate the return process. Please include your full name, order number and your concern. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price to the same method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that all sale items are final sale, our 14-day return process does not apply to sale items. Damaged or overused products cannot be returned.

If you purchased our products from a Lamano reseller, please contact them directly regarding your concerns. Their return policies apply.

Transparency is at the core of our values which is why we prioritize it in all aspects of our business. Each product listing includes a comprehensive list of ingredients to promote maximum transparency. We are confident that you’ll love our products, but to avoid allergic reactions and to minimize our carbon footprint associated with returns and exchanges, we advise you to review the ingredient list prior to finalizing your purchase.

The product I ordered is defective. What do I do?

At Lamano, we take the extra steps to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards of quality before they’re shipped out to you. If you feel the product you purchased is defective, please write to us at hello@lamanobeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please include your full name, order number, photos of your defective product(s) and your concerns. The decision to refund the purchase price will be at our sole discretion. If we request a return of the product for us to assess your claim further, you will be responsible for the return shipment costs. If not, we will ask you to empty the contents, save the packaging to recycle through our Pact Collective Recycling Program and plant our packaging to grow your own Lamano floral garden. Once a resolution is made, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price to the same method of payment within 5-7 business days.

We are passionate about protecting our planet from more harm, and that means minimizing the need for returns and exchanges where we can to minimize our carbon footprint on Mother Earth. That is why we are transparent in all of our communication including our policies above, and are meticulous with our quality control.
